Spring ’24 SkillsUSA

Spring 2024
This Spring WPHS took 24 students to compete in the SkillsUSA West Virginia State Conference including 6 designers from Studio 235.

Our seniors Alex Evans, Audrey Kepreos, Katelyn Kuthy and Heaven Saunders competed in the t-shirt competition while Kaitlyn Hillberry and Zoë Jacobs competed in pin design.

The State Conferece took place March 22 and 23 at Fairmont State University. Four students from WPHS placed gold in their competitions and will move on to the National competition this summer in Atlanta.

The CTE Graphic Design program at Wheeling Park High School prepares students to enter the field of design or for further education in this field.
